Student Org Support
Student organizations are required to maintain formal bank accounts to manage funding. CSF helps make that process easier by guiding organizations through account setup, compliance steps, and leadership transitions so they can focus more on serving the Carolina community.
Financial Literacy
In partnership with the Carolina Financial Well-Being Center, we offer monthly workshops, one-on-one coaching, and educational events. Managing money well is a skill and we help you build it.
Carolina Students' Financial is operated entirely by UNC students representing every class year and more than a dozen majors. There are no outside executives, no management firm, no one phoning in from corporate headquarters. The people running your accounts, teaching our financial workshops, and answering your questions are your fellow students.
We're guided by a board of advisors that includes faculty from the Kenan-Flagler Business School, staff from UNC's Office of Scholarships and Student Aid, and professionals from some of the most respected financial institutions in the country. They are just as passionate about our mission as we are and form an integral part of the team that is dedicated to serving you.
